Routes suitable for occasional cyclists who exercise once or twice a week. Slightly more challenging routes on different kinds of surfaces, expect to cover up to 70-80 km per day.
Routes suitable for competent, fit riders, who cycle reasonable extensively at home. May include some mountain biking and require some technical skills.
Usually tough mountain biking with long days and tough terrain with steep and difficult climbs and descents. These routes require technical expertise and are suitable for fit and confident riders who are familiar with challenging mountain biking.
